DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times may vary depending on the recipient's location and may be subject to delays due to weather conditions or other external factors. These times are approximate and are subject to possible variations due to logistical conditions, transportation, weather factors and other unforeseen events of force majeure. The deadlines begin to count once the order has been approved.

DELIVERY TIME

Deliveries are made within a set schedule, generally from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm in the Cuban time zone (GMT-5), from Monday to Sunday. However, this schedule may vary depending on the availability of the service in each area.

DELIVERY DAYS

Our delivery service is available from Monday to Sunday, under normal conditions; however, it is important to note that this may be affected due to logistical conditions, transportation, weather factors, and other unforeseen events of force majeure.

REGULAR ORDERS

Regular products will be delivered in accordance with the terms set out in the purchase order, quality and safety during the delivery process. A standard delivery fee applies for regular products, which will be communicated to the customer before proceeding to payment of the order.

Specialty Dairy delivery has variable rates depending on the different available locations, which will be reflected in your shopping cart order before making the corresponding payment. These rates are designed to cover the operational costs associated with delivery and may vary depending on the recipient's location. In addition, we are actively working on expanding our Specialty Dairy delivery service to new locations throughout the country.

ASSOCIATED BUSINESSES

Deliveries of products from partner stores carry an additional fee, as they are sent directly by the corresponding supplier, which may be a bakery, candy store, cafe, grocery store, restaurant, florist, among others. In the event that the purchase includes products from partner stores along with other items, separate deliveries will be made.

This site reserves the right to modify this Delivery Policy at its discretion or against any customer who is deemed to have abused it. Any revision or change will be binding, contractual and effective immediately upon posting. Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract.
